Microsoft 365 tariffs are called plans. Office 365
Web apps are included in all Microsoft 365 plans. Web Apps include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. OneDrive with 1 TB is also included in all tariffs
Desktop apps can be installed locally and includes Web apps plus Publisher and Access. Desktop apps are included in all plans, except Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Office 365 E1.
Microsoft 365 plans are associated with a certain 'complexity', but also have the advantage that through the individual combination of products and add-ons it is possible to
optimize licensing costs.

Microsoft Remote Help Licenses
Licensing is user-oriented. This means that each employee needs a Microsoft Remote Help license. User is allowed to use the software on up to 5 devices, on Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android.
The term of Microsoft Remote Help subscription, if purchased from us, is one month and is silently renewed for another month. In this case, the customer can cancel on a monthly basis. Annual licenses with further discounts are also available.
Data storage GDPR compliant
For EU customers, data is stored in the EU in compliance with the GDPR. For customers in Germany, data is demonstrably stored in German data centres.

What is a Microsoft tenant?
An organization account name to be decided at the time of tenant creation and cannot be renamed later.
The tenant in the form email@company.onmicrosoft.com is also used as an email account for login until a domain like email@company.com is verified and associated with the tenant.
For SharePoint and OneDrive, https://company.sharepoint.com will forever remain a part of your organization account, e.g visible to your customers when you share documents.

Microsoft 365 licenses do not work worldwide. It depends on where your company is located, more precisely on the tenant's location.

Tenant location can be defined during creation. Afterward tenant location cannot be changed. The only way to do it is to create e now tenant and migrate the data to the new tenant.
