We hear from many customers that choosing the right Microsoft 365 plan is not easy. There are many combinations, add-ons and often tariff names seem 'somehow similar'.

Even after the plan decision, many companies struggle to find qualified personnel to secure their data, identities and devices in the cloud. If this is the case for your company, then talk to us.

Why should I order from you?

We have good prices, up to 18 % cheaper compared to Microsoft prices, with optional monthly or annual subscriptions. We can offer low license prices due to low operating costs and advanced processes in digitalization (started in 2007).

Another advantage of working with us is that you get free support from the very beginning, before you order, to keep your license and support costs low, e.g. not all accounts have to be from the same plan.

For example, it happens that after a Teams meeting, the customer is recommended the cheaper Microsoft 365 Business Premium plan instead of the existing Office 365 E3.

The customer as tenant owner is at any time independent to manage his tenant himself or to look for another partner for it. Of course, this also applies vice versa if you bring your tenant with.

What are the benefits with Office 365?

Unlike the Office purchase version e.g. Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016, Office 365 combines most of the team-oriented features to help you collaborate better with your customers and employees like Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and much more.
You will also always get the latest features, fixes and security updates.

Monthly costs are often in the range of a cup of coffee, for example Microsoft 365 Business Basic is available starting at 4.62 EUR.

Can we test first and then buy if needed?

We can create a test tenant for your company for free for max 20 users and a duration of 3 months. There are several plans available, see Microsoft 365 trial.

If desired, we can support you so that the configurations can be applied for the productive operation.

What happens after requesting a quote?

You will receive a PDF quote per email. Sometimes it is necessary to clarify something before the offer or after. It may be that our offer does not meet your expectations, in this case please contact us again.

If you agree with our offer, you will receive an order confirmation. At the same time, we will order the appointed plan for you.

When it is about new teanant, we will automatically check if the tenant can be named If the name is not free, we will contact you with an alternative proposal. Within a few hours you will get the necessary access so that you can start to configure your new tenant.

In the case of an existing tenant, we will provide you with our Microsoft partner link so that you can authorize our company to add licenses in your tenant. This will not give us access to make changes to your tenant.
